Lunch buffet was horrible, while booking they said will be served with a lavish buffet. But all we got was cold starters hardly 3 served. Everything was over and did not care to refil even after informing. Literally ate nothing but bill was asked to be paid in full which was 2k per person. Literally the worst buffet experience I've ever had. 👎👎👎👎👎

Excellently maintained and well trained staff to guide new customers. I have just attended a small function on 19-11-23, hence, could not comment about Rooms. Congratulations 👏🎉 to the team members and management team

Coming on to food we tried Mushroom soup and pizza and both were yummy and well prepared. Also, they will serve you with complimentary bread. Didn't try their cocktail this time but will certainly be worth trying on the next visit

I had a corporate booking done here. However, I had to get my room changed since there was a cockroach in the bathroom. The sleeping pillow is not comfortable at all, I ended up with an aching neck the next morning. The sheets are not clean to make it worse. Even my checkout experience was bad, since the billing took forever. Another person came after me and got his bill before me. When I asked, what happened, they told another receptionist is working on my bill at the other counter. Even after that it took forever! Is this how you treat your Corporate customers? I was actually looking forward to my stay here, but it seems the quality of Ramada has dropped drastically! Very disappointed with the entire experience.
