The Rooms were spacious and well maintained. It had all the amenities they mentioned in the booking site. The staff were friendly and attentive. The ambience was good and great location. They have clearly understood the concept of Studio flats. Kudos to the management and staff. We had a pleasant stay!

The service is poor. The amenities are not available. You have to call on mobile to ask for anything and they don’t pick the call. Only location is good. Rooms are very small. Poor service. They are not friendly. Basic customer friendly service is not there.

UPDATE: Restel is responding to posts here promising refunds for terrible experiences, which is not true. They do not follow through on their promise. Even If you’re looking to replace a cheaper stay here— I would suggest looking for other options. You can get better value at 2k-3k. We booked for 3 days but left after first night. The sanitiser sprayed just before room handover gave us a headache. The previous occupants had left behind their under garments and they weren’t cleaned. It’s common to see rats, cockroaches and other bugs. The blanket didn’t feel clean. Overall, feels like an unsanitary place and I would stay away.

Restel Studio flats best staycation in Hyderabad From airport it takes 40mins to reach and also it's in main city where you get swiggy zamato evrything available easily Malls,cafes,pub, evrything is in distance of 15-20 mins Uber,ola is much comfortable for travel They provide Executive rooms Delux rooms Kitchen rooms Whenever I visit Hyderabad i always stay in restel studio flats there all rooms are very comfortable,clean,and safe Kitchen room is very spacious for family stay Also delux room is spacious Every room has a spacious balcony which again gives us home vibes ❤️ They are also providing cottage rooms in top floor with terrace view which is again the best part very beautiful 🤩 They also provide breakfast,lunch,dinner facility and food is very delicious Staff members are very friendly and cooperative and also provide services on time. 10 star to restel studio flats 💜

Excellent service and wholesome meals at the cafe - Soni at the reception ensures that any issues are fixed and they are extremely attentive to needs of the customer . Will stay again for sure Another comfort is the delicious vegetarian food that is supplied by Ms Bhanu at the cafe - the food quality is excellent and they make it to order to suit the South Indian / Andhra / Telangana taste at the Bcafe
