Royal Orchid Central Jaipur, Bani Park

This is the first time I am writing a review while I am still staying in the hotel. I am staying in room no 807 and my family members are staying in 808, 809 and 810. I have checked in around 11:30 PM yesterday. I have booked this hotel from Make my trip and have paid in six figures for my 02 days stay. I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted with this hotel. When i checked in I found a very loud noise of some exhaust fan in 02 of my rooms which stopped after repeated requests and took a very long time. The blankets are dirty and the blanket cover is smaller than the blanket by a good 02 feet margin. The staff argued when we requested to change the blanket and refused to do so. There was no bathroom slippers in the room and were provided only after several requests. Hot water was not coming in one of the rooms. Bath shower is not working properly in another room and the towels are also not very clean. There are clear spots of seepage on the roof which not only gives a very bad look but also smells. When we requested to call the duty manager in night, we were informed that he has left for home and is not available, still waiting for him. This is no where close to our expectations specially after spending a bomb and the worst part is that we have paid the complete amount in advance and can’t do anything now. The staff was very rude whenever we made any request. This a complete disaster after Hotel Silver Oaks Mount Abu which gave us one of the best experience of our life. This is not even a 3 star hotel if we consider their services and rooms. The idea of writing a review while still in the hotel is to check the response of Hotel As these type of hotels writes a very good response of our reviews once we leave the property but does nothing. Totally disappointed with this hotel and with the experience of last 10 hrs will not recommend it to anyone to come here and stay. Either book a cheap hotel as they will also give you similar service and rooms or go for good 5 star hotels in this area and there are many good 05 star properties in this vicinity. Experience till now is pathetic and waiting for the response from the hotel.
