This place has a beautiful ambience as compared to other hotels in Silliguri. Their theme is based on white as I have observed the outside and inside was painted mostly white. Staff is receptive and courteous. Kitchen food is good. But bisleri water bottle not available. They provide some other imported water bottle which is ₹150/bottle. Swimming pool was not open when I visited in winters.

The Hotel needs a real upgrade from what it is. Still operates the way it operated 10 years back. Despite stiff competition in the city the Hotel has not been renovated and upgraded. The breakfast spread was bad. The food tasted average

An example of cleanliness, people should learn from this Hotel. A well furnished 7 star hotel in siliguri. Located in the heart of siliguri with a big parking space. People can spend a healthy hotel stay for a couple of days. The price is high and it's not pocket friendly. I do not recommend this hotel for middle class people.

They are so useless that not even bother to respond on review.Idiot management team with such pathetic hotel for stay. Pathetic and Horrible experience in the hotel..No proper room cleaning, AC is not working and due to which it's very humid in the room..and its stinking so much..all taps water are flowing continuously and in the washbasin water get logged.. Sitting table is so dirty that even we can't touch them forget about the sitting.. Height on these after complaining into the reception they are not even bother to say sorry & there staff is asking for tips 😂😂😂 Pathetic hotel for stay.. Not recommended to anyone.
