The most humble and wonderful staff I have ever come across. Got the opportunity to stay here for a good couple of days and I enjoyed every bit of it. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with all the necessary amenities to make the stay comfortable and memorable. The service team is pretty awesome and manages your queries and demands in a professional manner. Choose this place with your eyes closed if you want an experience of your lifetime.

The rooms are good and the food is decent but the service is absolutely horrible. We ordered some food and especially requested it to be medium spicy. Instead we get a dish that's filled with chillies and when we try to contact the room service, what we get is him trying to lecture us on how that's the way food is prepared in the hotel. And the replacement he sent was simply the same dish hoping that we wouldn't notice. Absolutely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing day. Would not recommend at all.

We had booked this venue for marriage purpose, the hospitality, rooms and food was just amazing. I would always be very thankful to Mr. Sabyasachi Das, the general manager of the hotel for giving his best in every events and making our stay so comfortable and he never said no to anything asked by us, even all the other staffs are so friendly and co-operative.

We had our wedding reception party at the place and I must say the service, decor, ambience and most importantly the food was amazing. A must take the time out & express my heart felt gratitude towards Mr Sabyasachi Das the General Manager of the Hotel. Keeping his own busy schedule in mind, he personally catered to our ever need and handled every segment from decor to dining very personally. This would not have been possible without his time and effort.
