The fragrance of burnt incense during morning and evening has been a beautiful experience. Hassle free check-in even at 9:30 pm due to delayed flight. Very polite and gentle owner. The property is just few step away and accessible from the main road. Room was neat and clean. Washroom was clean and hygienic and the room had a refrigerator too !! I had to extend my stay and it went well. Restaurants, bars and retails are in close proximity. Best place for a budget friendly, relaxing and peaceful vacation.

I think 5 star is self explanatory. 🤗 I was so afraid that it was going to be worth the money . can I expect the same quality of rooms as show in the pictures. I assure you it's Worth for money, we stayed there for 3 nights , mostly we were out in day time for other activities in goa , we used to come at nights only. AC in perfect condition. If anyone wants to spend their afternoon time away from the morning heat , they can blindly go for this guest house. Clean room, Clean bathroom, mostly the owners are friendly and respecting the guest privacy . AC , tv , fridge, what more you can expect from a guest house. Worth for money ☺️. I added some pics , our room was so clumsy when I took photos of my room , so I couldn't share more.

Would totally recommend, hotel with big rooms, equipped with working AC and fan, as well as a large fridge. Location is great, close to the beach (15 mins walk/4 mins by scooter) and events in Anjuna, and has a grocery and liquor store nearby. Staff is friendly and helpful, the only negative thing was the fact that an extra 1000₹ service charge was added to the bill, which wasn't mentioned on Booking. Great place overall, would go back.
