Sana Cottage

Sana cottages and Sita cottages both owners are same and the property is exact opposite to each other. I booked Sana and was told that no rooms here so you have to stay in Sita which had no direct mountain view. The carpets here were very very dirty. I booked my reservation through Agoda which was suppose to be pay at the time of check-out and I was supposed to receive some cashback from Agoda after my stay. The hotel manager was very crook and he cancelled the booking of Agoda when I went for check-in and told me if you want to stay, then pay for the same room price to us in Cash only and no other mode. The walk-in price was around 700 INR per night but still he took 2000 INR per night in cash which was the price I booked through Agoda. Hence, that money went directly in his pocket and he do not have to pay any commission to Agoda what a great crook business mind. Also when I booked this hotel through Agoda a month ago, the hotel sent me message to pay 20% amount right now or booking will be cancelled so I paid it. I strongly suggest to book other hotel in Manali but not Sana or Sita cottages.
