DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY DON'T SPOIL YOUR VACATION DON'T UPSET YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY We are very upset and spoiled our Manali trip due to this hotel booking. Worst Breakfast, we paid but not eaten. Spend money for Breakfast. Specifically Room services very Very worst, not worth for money. They are cheating 3* hotel but single * worthy. NO BOOK THIS HOTEL, DEFINITELY YOU WILL REALIZE AFTER ENTERED. NO WATER COMING IN BATHROOM AFTER FLUSHING. NO REFRESHNOR IN TOILET, VERY BAD SMELLS OUT. Don't trust the picture in the website. They are cheating... VERY BAD AND WORST EXPERIENCE IN THIS HOTEL. Finally, Don't Book this hotel, don't spoil your vacation and happiness due to these kind of hotel. Money is not a factor for happiness but we need to think all prospects. Don't pick up the Room service call No hot water coming in the bathroom. Very rudeness and no respect from service person. We need to ask multiple times for simple things like coffee pouch. Not refill anything...
