We had the misfortune of staying here as we were part of a wedding party. The rooms were clean but the bathrooms were poorly maintained. There was a leak in the wash basin which got fixed only after repeated requests. Also, the health faucet was not working. The worst thing about the hotel was that they shut off the water at midnight. And only turn it on at 6.30 am. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Response to hotel: We did not have to pay as we were part of a wedding party (Tanmay/Shriya). I think this is a dirty trick on your part to discredit this review and force us to delete the review.

Regular cleaning/maintenance of electrical appliances and equipment is not done. So we were allotted a room (which we paid for in advance) but nobody knew the aircon wasn't working. The first 24 hrs were uncomfortable, with no sleep at night, yet we had our work to attend to during the day! The ceiling fan had not been cleaned in ages. Each room seems to have a nice square balcony, with one table and 2 chairs. We had to request for this to be cleaned. Quite simply, the hotel staff doesn't focus on maintenance and cleaning!

Good service, humbel and very responsive. Thanks Irfan pathan for your service and his politeness towards the customer is so nice and awesome, Rooms are so cleaned and balcony view is wonderful. Thanks to Restaurant manager, nice food, clean ambience.

I have not even checked-in yet, and I already had a bad experience with them. I had read many reviews about this hotel on google saying that they are very money minded and now I believe they were correct. I called them and requested for an early check in by 11- 11:30 am, which is a pretty normal request that all hotels accommodate. They said “we can give you if the rooms are available but you have to pay extra”. I told them this is a pretty normal request and no hotel charges for an early checkin of just 1-2 hrs before. Now I am pretty certain they ll not give us an early room. We have a 4 day stay in Pune and thank god I booked this hotel just for one day. I thought I ll check the room and then I ll extend my stay. But seriously too money minded!
