Stayed in this hotel for one night booked higher category room all thing were good but kettle kept there stinks like a hell this is ju st thing but overall stay is good Just one thing while check out we had remaining the balnce payment of lunch I paid it through Phone pay upi but it gets stuck somehow I told receptionist that the payment got stuck i will make payment again but in case u receive double payment please return me i paid and leave but after 4 5 days payment is credit to merchant account (hotels) account and unique transection number is also generated i contact hotel first time they said check krke batata hu and said nahi aya h I share all the proofs screenshot to then with utr and told them to check in their statement but the receptionist guy keept telling boss ko pta h boss nai h And now even they are not replying to my message though its not too much amount but u should keep the dignity to return the money which is not yours I leaved the hotel on managers word and trusted him but this kind of experiences break the trust and also reduce the chances of visiting hotel again If the Boss is reading this and u are not aware of this incident pls don't trust to your staff they are all cheaters Thank u and good day

I stayed here for a night after looking at all the 'positive reviews'. The staff is helpful. However, the management needs to polish things. The basic rooms are extremely small. Like, really small. For the same price, once can get a room at a proper hotel like Ginger which is just down the road. They offer larger rooms. Parking is not available within the hotel gate. You need to park outside which is a drawback for me. This is an apartment turned into a hotel so it does give you those vibes. Sound insulation could have been better. Basement/ ground floor is where the reception is. Cafeteria is good but needs to be maintained. Overall a decent offering that could be made better. Price is on the higher side though.
