The entire team is very hospitable, warm and are quick responsive. Swimming pool is beautiful, rooms are neat and compact. Restaurant food is great and service is speedy. Definitely should plan a good stay at this place.

Not possible to give 0 star so chose 1. HORRIBLE HORROR HOUSE is the word. The staffs are extremely rude. They are going to loot every penny from you. They have tie up with just one taxi stand here and they will charge 1000+ more than the fare and you will be left helpless. The staffs will mock you and abuse you on your face. The restaurant staff deny on your face for room service and they won't clean your room unless you beg. They will pass comments, charge you extra, won't listen if you complain about the stinking room and dripping walls of the room and horrible food. I have never in my life stayed in a place like this where people are so mean. This is my 5 th time in Goa but first time in a hotel like this where people are so disrespectful . HELL , a literal hell. Wonder who is managing it and how can they be so casual about all these negative reviews.

Half star hotel with worst food and hospitality. The staff doesn't have manners, they are rude and entitled. We asked for extra tumblers but they were out of that. The food is another story. Their toaster was never working for the 5 days I was there but they put it out on the table every morning to show the guests that they have a toaster. It's not an aesthetic piece Sir. The reception area's roof is leaking all the time. Rooms are very average with really bad cleaning service. Book only if you want to waste money.

The hospitality at The Coco Palms was disappointing for several reasons: 1. We were not offered a welcome drink upon arrival. 2. Throughout our stay, we felt like we were frequently asked for bill payments, which gave the impression that they didn't trust us to settle our bills. 3. The bathrooms were outdated, with doors that didn't close properly, making it uncomfortable as they didn't provide the expected privacy. The electrical switches were also in poor condition, making it challenging to charge devices. 4. The housekeeping staff exhibited a lack of responsiveness and willingness to help. We had to call them 3 to 4 times just to get a clean cup, and they didn't take responsibility for their delays. 5. Breakfast was served on plates, which appeared pre-prepared, and we had to request additional items each time we wanted something more. In summary, the hotel rooms require renovation, and the housekeeping staff should improve their speed and attitude toward guests to enhance the overall experience.
