Experience isn't quite well. The room needs maintenance. The wall of the room is getting damp very much and the "Papdis" of the colour wash are hanging from the ceiling, which may be fall on the bed at anytime. The size of bathroom, mainly w.c. is too short. There is a exhaust fan in the bathroom, but not in working condition and the tower bolt of bathroom is not working also. The behaviour of the staffs is not bad, but except the one person (may be Rajinder), who has the tendency to make the boarder fool by demanding the more amount than the actual when he asked to bring meals or something like this from the outside. It damages the image of the hotel ultimately, so the manager should be careful about the matter. But it is fact also that they has rescued us from the thief/cheater at the time of check in , so thanks to them.

Unhygenic,clumsy,reception is not maintained properly,rooms are not exact as shown in images ,dirty pillow cover,bathroom not clean, Thuk ke nishan the sab jgah,jali hui bedsheet.

Horrible experience. I'll start off with reception that was extremely shabby and wooden planks were kept in midway of lobbies that were leading to the room. The room was extremely small in size and the washroom had no geyser and not much hygiene was maintained. The room had no cupboards or almirahs to keep your luggage and the interior of the room wasn't practical either. The mattresses were so uncomfortable that i had a hard time sleeping. They didn't even bother to remove the plastic covering of the mattresses. They did not provide any AC remote. The room isn't even worth a thousand rupees and they asked us double the amount. It was an unpleasant experience all in all and felt like being taken advantage of, because students from all across the nation come to stay for university entrances and there aren't much decent hotels.
