The hotel is good. Rooms are okay. Staff is cordial. However the kind of crowd that comes, is quite rowdy. The people need to understand that they're at a public place and need to keep in mind the presence of other guests too. Hotel management should take strict action against such guests. Another flaw is the hotel location. The area around is filthy.

My client had stay there with student group in Nov 20-22-2023. It was really good experience he said, food , menu , test , quality was all awesome. rooms are good specious , maintaining like a 4* property. So absolutely a comfortable stay for group tour. Definitely we will recommend other and use for our further clients too.

Booked 40 rooms for wedding guests. There was another wedding in the hotel which made the hotel fully occupied, which in turn made the hotel highly understaffed. Major issues we faced. 1) No welcome drink served, only soiled glasses were there and even on repeated request it was not replaced. 2) Breakfast timing was 10.30 and by 10.40 they removed all the Breakfast and stopped serving guests coming late. 3) Bell boy for luggage were always late. 4) Highly priced for the quality of service they are providing. Note: we only used rooms and no banquet service
