BE AWARE!!! Had booked this hotel based on online reviews. Biggest mistake what I did was paid them upfront for 2 days (2800/- per night) so couldn't cancel the booking. This place is full of young couples who rent the place on hourly basis. The rooms are very dirty. Linens are stinky and full of dirty stains (yes, you guessed it right!). The floors are very dirty. Staff is not professional at all - no uniforms/ basic etiquettes. No basic amenities provided- not even towels and water bottles. Rooms are full of cockroaches and mosquitoes. The hotel is least bothered, specially if you book them via online platforms since they majorly earn from couples. You need to call them multiple times for their services. No laundry service available. The reception is in parking lot in basement. The hotel is very scary and not recommended for family or solo travelers. And you wont get any authentic printed bill after the stay. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

This place is nothing like the pictures shown. The place looks extremely shady, no key cards, the beds look used. We had booked a room for one night for transit while travelling and paid when we reached the hotel. After looking at the condition of the rooms, we asked for the money back but we were told that since we used UPI to pay, they can't give the money back to us directly. We were given a person's number and asked to contact him for the refund. It has been 2 months now but we have not received any response or refund. Please don't waste your time and money by booking this hotel.

Was there to meet someone. It was a little difficult to locate the property as there is negligible signage on the road to indicate the hotel. I was just following Google maps to reach there and when it directed me to walk inside cloud 9, I had to confirm the directions with the security before walking into the entrance. Inside, it looks like an apartment building converted into a hotel. Rooms are good and looks maintained.

This is the worst hotel I've ever visited. Such an inexperienced staff they won't even pick calls whatsoever. Even No basics service given to us , tv wasn't working even after complaining they didn't even resolve, delayed service unless you call them 3-4 times they won't even respond. This location hard to find as different names were mentioned in oyo app nd what actual the name of hotel.... And in oyo app wrong location has been put on so it took several hours just to find this hotel and even after calling the hotel staff they didn't help and after sometime they stop picking up the calls . (They didn't even send the current location even after I messaged them on WhatsApp)

Warning: DON’T stay here! The good reviews are paid reviews for sure! Just don’t. Seriously, don’t. The rooms had cockroaches, the floor was extremely dirty and so were the bathrooms. Extremely dirty/nasty place. We checked in and unfortunately had paid so we couldn’t get a refund, we thought we can make it a day, but we couldn’t and left after 30 mins. The hotel is involved in fraudulent activities, and if you read more 1 star reviews, you’ll find out they record couples for extortion. I fall short on words about how pathetic this place was. They should be shut down or looked into.
