This is second time I stay in this hotel. Its not hotel per say but a service apartments. Well cleaned rooms, nice service. There are required utensils if you want to prepare own food. Though inhouse restaurant is not available you can order from nearby restaurants and they will deliver food in no time. Note -Its not near the beach hence you will fill quite from hustle of Goa.

It is not a hotel but not less than it. Rooms were species. Rooms were clean as well. Room service and cleaning staff was really good. Swimming pool was clean and well designed. Location: This place situated near KFC Calangute. Calangute beach is just 30 minutes walking distance from this place. Lot more can be mentioned but I hope above information is enough to know the place.

Our stay was good .Rooms were spacious but they were not very clean .We were given 1 BHK with AC room.They also had swimming pool and it'll be open from 9Am to 6Am.Beach was a bit far. We got this flat in dec for 2800 per night very pricey

We had booked 1bhk apartment in smiley property with small swimming pool. Initially we were supposed to check in booked apartment but since we arrived early we were ask to wait till 11 am . Receiption guy got some good offer for our booked apartment and changed property without taking consent.Im not happy with their priority on Money than customersm Anyway alloted 1bhk was spacious with kitchen facility but it was quite old apartment with no cleanliness of sofa,kitchen (RO Water almost 10 year old ) and heater works only for 10 mins but we managed somehow with that problem and did not compliant I'm more concerned with hospitality and Worst service. No room cleaning until you left the room, no matter how many days you stay there and using of swimming pool in restricted timing which is not possible for tourist to play between 9 to 6. Charged for parking of rented scooter for 2 days Overall average experience from Smiley hospitality Loved the Agoda booking experience and discounts
