The hotel staff are polite. The hotel rooms are comfortable if prices are around 3K. Anything more than that, look for other options. They have amenities with good decorations, which can hardly be utilized. Breakfast is complimentary, but there are no spoons and bowls. When asked, they had asked us to have in the plate only, insisting they arranged plates with built bowls, which is better, but they provided just 4 spoons for all the guests. They have provided coffee but not tea. It's ridiculous.

Very worse experience. We stayed there with family and it was a very bad experience. The receptionist is too rude and he will not consider the complaints. I first accomdated in 206 room later I complained bed cushion is not proper. Then they moved me to 102 rooms, where their AC is not working(it's just blowing but not cooling). The bathroom exhaust fan is not working and it smells and I see one insects in the room. Late night I raised a complaint for the same . The word manager told me that you came to a budgeted hotel and you should not expect everything like a resort. Complimentary break is very bad. Only the good thing is rooms boys are very polite.

Worst hotel experience. There were extra uninvited guests in our room… One small wall climbing frog in our bathroom and 2 inch long worm crawling on the bed. Parking is ver limited and they offer back side parking which is trash disposal site. I don’t they will wash bed sheets, pillow covers etc once guests check out. They reuse again and again. We could smell used before sense. Don’t go by images they show in google or make my trip.. its 180 degree opposite. Only thing they keep telling is check our swimming pool.. which is good. But, you hardly get any chance to use it. Not to forget… Never open windows.. there keeps houseflies to spoil your day and it will be like Netflix series “Man Vs Bee”

Everything thing was great. Especially the manager neelakandan was so kind and responsible with his smiling and helping nature. The little little articrafts and lightings looks wonderful. Swimming pool looks compact and great. Little air ventilation should be accessible in every room, If that would be made possible, then Everything would be nice. We had a nice stay with our family. Breakfast is limited only but tasted delicious. I recommend for the budgeted minimal stay who wanna Stat near Mahabalipuram.

My husband took this hotel for my birthday. I was very much shocked to see such a beautiful surprise in the room.The room is decorated with flowers, birthday cake in such an exquisite and lovable way. The hotel is very cute from each and every part, from the reception to the room. All the visible things in the hotel are unique and attractive. Never miss this hotel to visit. Thank you very much for giving such a pleasant stay.
