Probably the worst hotel I've stayed at. They run the hotel with the utmost bare minimum. The toilet smelled, the roof was extremely noisy throughout the night because of pigeons. They have a million rules. No heating facility, room is cold and no insulation. It is really difficult to get to the place because no cabs are willing to go to the location since it is a one way street. Please do not go by the positive reviews online, the hotel will not help you in any way to get to the main road. Very inaccessible and poor hygiene.

Rooms are Good.Room No 114 have Mountain View. Food Prices at Restaurant are costly as compared to Gangtok's other eateries. Staffs were very cooperative. Geyser facility is available at each room. Mountain view is available from conference room which is accessible by all Guests.

Deluxe rooms are very average, when booked from makemytrip they are charging very high tariff. Overall hotel service is good . No view from rooms(110, 112). Anyone can directly talk to hotel reception for lower tariff(as they informed).

The food and the drinking water served in the hotel had major issues. We faced a lot of health problems. I think the competent authority will take a look for betterment of the food and water hygiene. We booked 2 rooms and in one room exhaust fan was not working in the bathroom. Hence checking of all items in any room is very necessary for improved service. The hotel staffs were well behaved. However, I found that overall the hotel did not meet up my expectation and was overpriced.
