Location is good as its hardly 300metre from Karwar beach. Rooms are not clean and you would find cockroaches and mosquitoes. So have some pest killers with you if you plan to stay. The reason I stayed here was due to last time booking, so thankful to this hotel to have some rooms when others were completely booked up. Its 15mins distance from Karwar railway station by car.

This is a very, very old lodge located nearby beach. This should be the last option if you are looking for a lodge. Actual worth of a stay in their rooms should not be more than Rs. 400.

Very arrogant receptionist. Tourist beware of these hotel staffs. If u request AC for the ac room, you may end up in trouble.

I found this hotel very elegant, the construction is of very fine materials which are a pleasure to touch, fine stone trim throughout the place. It was very clean. The price for my room was printed so I didn’t have to waste time discussing the price, it was 750, very reasonable. The room was a single on the third floor, very clean. I had a powerful fan that kept me cool. I don’t know what everyone is complaining about! I was impressed with what I got. The staff were efficient, they weren’t rude to me at all.
