One the good hotels in Karwar, really close to the beach and right next to best restaurant of the town Amrut (NV)and Poornima(veg). The service is great and Rooms are clean. We went in the last week of December which is peak season and paid premium pricing, however the rates are reasonable during next of the year.

Very clean and spacious rooms with all the amenities one could expect at a budget price. Special mention to the reception for their politeness and helpfulness,ensuring the customers have a pleasant stay.
