I went the hotel as pre booked via oyo , but after reaching the hotel, at first the hotel manager was told that they have not any ac room but non ac room available. After that I call oyo customer care, they told that non ac room full now. So, the hotel's service was most 3rd class . Also oyo service going to die. Please avoid the hotel.

A fraud owner Mr. Muniyandi and staffs . Promised me the room was booked . Once arrived they gave a different room where mobile network / wifi Internet / Western Toilet was Not there . Again gave me a fake promise we will shift you to a different room after 30 mins . Nothing happened. Later i asked them to refund me so that I can find a different hotel . Which they denied and told Even if you Switch on a light in the room it’s chargeable.
