Hotel staff behaviour is so rude, room is not clean, nothing is good in this hotel. Very bad.and as compared to hotel quality price is very high.

Very Bad experience in this Hotel. I will not suggest anyone to book in this hotel. Receptionist Vidya Poddar is rude and She is not ready to provide service to Guest. There behaviour towards customer is worst. We booked room online, we got confirm booking,We waited for more than 30 min and still they didn't provide room in Hotel. Also she used abusive launguage to us and Oyo management. She is not ready to listen our problems and not ready to provide solution.Insted of that she refuses to allot room even we have confirmed booking.
