FRAUD!! First of all, the AC room is in pretty bad shape. Room stinks a lot, too many mosquitoes and on top of it bathroom is in bad shape. They gave us AC room at ground floor and there was not even a single window in that room. At day time too it was difficult to recognize whether it's a day or night. From each and every corner of the room spiderwebs were hanging. We were not able to use even a single blanket as all were stinking. We had an agreement with owner (Mr. Nayak) to pay 2200 for 1.5 days however when we checked-out he charged for 2 full days (Rs. 2600) from our security deposit. Even they didn't provide us hot water for the first day. Second day I had to request several times to the staff for one bucket of hot water for my 6 months old kid. Avoid this hotel, there are too many other good lodging and boarding available in an around this place with more reasonable price.
