I did not put the review initially, the owner/manager took my phone & gave rating himself. (Now I'm editing with genuine review) The rooms are okay but little overpriced. You do not have control of geyser, you will have to ask them each time to ON. They do not provide toiletries. Initially I was offered the blanket which was smelling, later they changed when I asked. Cleanliness was okay. Person on reception and help guy was cooperative. They don't have locker room, but I requested them to keep my bag after checkout as I had 7-8 hrs to flight. They did, and I'm thankful to reception guy. Location is near Newd Delhi Station, Paharganj, So, it is helpful in many ways.

I ordered a case of dessert wine for a New Years party. Despite using the holiday delivery schedule on their site, not only did nothing turn up in time, but it took nearly a week and three separate customer service inquiries to get an explanation from the company about what had happened. Eventually I got short email stating they'd taken my money despite not having the item in stock! The shop then took another nine days to process my refund. The company should adjust their system to let people know whether items are in stock or not so they don't create false expectations that goods will arrive on time. There should also be a shorter processing time for refunds and better customer service.

The lift of the hotel is dangerous we stayed in this hotel and while checkout at lift we were coming to ground floor.. and lift was going down lift chain was broken and the accident occur..when said about this to a hotel staff they told that we do not do any service maintenance for the lift.. which was really dangerous to hear about it ..and also the king size bed has single single bed..which was uncomfortable to sleep... And hotel staff behaviour is very arrogant....please don't stay at this hotel..
