Supremely Pathetic Resort. It is a 4star because of amenities but nothing is maintained. Worst experience of my life. Just stay away from this place. 1. Hopeless Rooms with very unclean, old bed sheets and pillow covers, they were totally stained. Bathroom was not cleaned, there was urine on the toilet seat when we checked in. The kettle was dirty and foul smelling. Towels were not clean either. 2. They didn’t have any new bedsheets. Asked them to get a cleaned washed or a new bedsheet and they couldn’t do it for 1-2 hours. We denied 5-6 bedsheets they got as they were totally unclean and stained. Felt very old too. 3. The staff was all interns from colleges who themselves were stuck in that hopeless place working extra as they thought it would be a 4star hotel. All were untrained and new. 4. Overall food quality was poor. Restaurant was unclean and old furniture everywhere. Unhygienic surrounding area. Please don’t stay here. This place needs to be shut down at the earliest.

This is one of the worst experience I ever had staying at this resort. I would not give even one star. They deserve ZERO. Never ever go with your family. Earlier they had given worst conditioned room while delivering junior suite room n then had to redo it whole again. Even at night after taking order at 9 pm, they kept waiting us to have our dinner by 10.10 pm while I writing this. Never ever suggest your guests to visit or stay this pathetic place 👿👿 -

Resort is not value for money. Room and bathroom is not clean. Service is not upto the mark. They don't manage well in breakfast. Location is outside of city. Don't stay in this resort.

We were here for two days. My observation is this place has a good potential to be an excellent place, but it is a mere average one. The toilet cisterns don't work, as they should. The water keeps running. The jets have water leaking. The service is annoyingly slow. I had to make 4 calls and wait for HOURS to get lukewarm water as the electric kettle in the room didn't work. Room have Broken furniture (broken cabinet and curtain rod in my room) And the AC works just fine. If you like your room temperature to be lower than 21, it will not help. It just manages to keep the room cooler than the outside temperature. Everything is just.... average. Anyway, if you just want a room to crash with bare minimum facilities and a huge garden area, this is good for you. Else, the pictures of the property is a facade to hide the other nonfunctional faculties.

THE MOST ABHORRENT EXPERIENCE TO EVER HAVE. Firstly, there's no service by the staff, they refused to give us hand towels or water bottles, which should've been in the room as part of the amenities. Secondly the concept of hygiene, which is foreign to them. We saw regular quarrels of guests and ourselves, asking them to mop and clean the rooms and washrooms. They don't mop the floors, use the toilet bowl brush on the basin, don't change the bed linens, don't clean their tables, their hot water has rust coming out of the water tanks, bathroom faucets are falling off, TV's and ac's are out of order, their rooms are smelly. There's only 2 items in the breakfast buffet and their breakfast will give you a stomach infection. They don't even have basic etiquettes on how to treat a guest. Horrible, absolutely filthy and awful.
