We stayed one night at Sunhill Portico and it was a fantastic stay. We stayed in one of the suites and the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything was spot on. Had a lovely breakfast in the morning. Its in a very central location and it was very convenient for us. We also had a car arranged for our trip ahead and the staff there was very kind and cordial. Will definitely stay there again when we visit Siliguri next time.

The hotel has a semi-luxurious feel to it and we were impressed by the offerings of brownies and coffee at the lobby. The hotel staff were also very attentive to our needs and very efficient in delivering items to our hotel rooms. Our favourite part of the hotel was the clean bathroom with ample hot water and a rain shower. 👍

Good comfortable stay but i was charged incorrect for the mini bar and also charged one lunch for some other guest. Highly dissappointed with billing service. I have the receipt to prove this. Edit: The front staff realized and rectified the mistake and agreed to return the overcharged amount. Overall a very comfortable stay with good food and room service.

My dining experience at this restaurant was undeniably the worst I've encountered. The service was abysmal, marked by a complete lack of attentiveness and professionalism. From the moment I entered, it was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority. The waitstaff seemed disinterested and inattentive, making it challenging to place orders and receive timely service. The food, when it finally arrived, was disappointing in both quality and presentation. It fell far short of the standards one would expect from a dining establishment. Attempts to address these issues with the staff were met with indifference, highlighting a concerning lack of commitment to customer experience. The overall atmosphere was marred by a lack of cleanliness and a general sense of neglect. In conclusion, this restaurant provided an unsatisfactory and regrettable dining experience. I strongly advise against choosing this establishment, as the combination of poor service and subpar food makes it an unworthy option. I have no intention of returning and cannot recommend it to others.
