Revisiting Hotel Indrapuri in Siliguri has been a consistent choice for me over an extended period of time. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have compelled me to reconsider my future stays at this establishment. As someone with a background in the hospitality industry, I have had the opportunity to encounter numerous hotels and resorts that, despite occasional shortcomings, still manage to foster positive guest experiences. Regrettably, this particular property consistently falls short in either its service quality or its approach towards its patrons. It pains me to note that the focus of the ownership appears to be solely on financial gains, with little emphasis placed on cultivating meaningful guest relationships. This sentiment is particularly evident in the case of individuals such as Happy, whom I assume might be the owner. However, the title of "owner" seems to have little bearing on their commitment to serving patrons effectively. Should you find yourself at this establishment, it is essential to brace yourself for a lack of compromise or assistance, as the hotel seems steadfast in its unwillingness to accommodate any requests. My intention in offering this perspective is not rooted in financial concerns but rather the value of guest relationships. Despite my numerous stays at this location, I find myself persistently encountering a sense of isolation, with no discernible source of assistance or support. In light of this, I feel compelled to advise against considering Hotel Indrapuri for your accommodations. A visit to this establishment might indeed transform into a distressing experience, as the hotel appears to be disinterested in extending any form of aid or support to its patrons. It's disheartening to conclude that this hotel falls short in delivering the expected level of assistance or hospitality.

Rooms are a bit small for families , Service not that great didn't provide a bucket or a mug even the towel was given after asking , food is expensive 🫰 they don't allow outside food or any visitors to the room as well which is really disappointing , complementary water is only 500ml a day that too upon asking. behaviour of the receptionists are not very polite,oversmart people I had to walk down from 5th Flore to the reception to pick up my order they said staff is un available can't send to room and then reconfirmed whether I am coming or not 😂 over all not a very pleasant experience though treebo's other hotels are really good and clean.
