Had a worst experience staying in the hotel. Charged 3 star hotel price but the service I received is like normal hotels(if normal hotel price is 1500 but they have charged 3 times more than this). Asked them to clean the room but no one list bothered about it. I asked some extra refreshment things bcoz they haven’t kept in the room and the hotel guy asked me to pay extra. No restaurants available but there is an option to order from outside and if I order also need to pay extra charges!. Breakfast was included in the booking and I received a written slip to have the breakfast outside and it was only 2 plates for 2 person? If I want to have extra then I need to pay! And for refreshment I have paid it from pocket. Please don’t waste your money!

Had an amazing stay at Sunshine's. The place is at walkable distance from the temple. The facilities were also good and the room was clean. Was impressed with the dental kit provided along with the other toiletries. I would highly recommend this as your stay if you're planning to visit Belur.

Fraud hotel had a confirmed booking paid the room charges in advance. Denied the booking basically sold the same room at higher charge because of demand on same day. We lost one valuable day and could not see places. Book here if you want to get stranded after paying full money Hotel response is they are sorry for wasting one whole day for me and I should not reveal this to anyone Amazing

The rooms are really good. Only downside here is there is no kitchen and hence no lunch dinner or breakfast available readily. Free breakfast is brought from somewhere else, and only when we tell them to get it. Which is kind of a downfall as you have to wait once the order is placed. If you ignore this, the hotel is really good. The people on reception are good and the location is also a plus point

A good Lodging place at Belur, It's a "3-Star" Hotel Location: Located 300 Meters from the Belur Channakeshava Temple, Parking: No specific Parking space available, but can be parked on the road as this is very much Ambience & Comfort: Worth the stay, you will not regret the stay, in for few more days, Reception: Humble receptionists & faster Check-in was provided Rooms: Spacious with all basic Amenities available along with RO water, Shoe-polisher, Iron Board, Hot Water, hair drier & Small Refrigerator(which will not work when you are away from the room due to central power supply) Food: Not available at the location, they have 2 options either get the room service option or make sure that you visit a designated hotel nearby a KM away for a fresh & hot meals. Meals: Interestingly, in the Website it's complimentary, only when you find out it is compensatory which means you are eligible to eat anything for 50, anything else, will be charged, to give a better picture, the reception provides a coupon to a designated hotel, you get charged at 290 in total from 4 people, you are asked to pay 90 extra apart from availing the coupon amount, or whatever is so! But overall a good experience & would recommend if you don't mind traveling for your food!
