We stayed in this hotel for two days. The service, food and the cleanliness are not upto expectation. At night 11.15 pm, someone were knocking our door and we didn't opened. The room was not at all clean. Bedsheets and blankets were so tidy. In bathroom the taps were not working In morning we went for breakfast and waited there for 30 min. Food was also not that much good. The staffs sitting in reception are behaving rudely. Not even communicating in a polite manner. The surroundings are also not good.

The lady siting here is So rude about checkout guys they even don't Inform you about that it's your checkout time. The hotel charge for uncertain amount for late check out with a very Unprofessional attitude. I am more then happy to pay if it's legible but if you are gone show your attitude or superiority then I thin you are at wrong place go somewhere else with your attitude.

Extremely disappointed. The old mattress has lost its firmness. Similar to sleeping over fast sand in feel. Results in back pain. There's no handwashing station or hygiene supplies in the room. Even the bed was infested with little bugs. After discussing the problem with us, they gave us a another room, however the situation remained the same. A television that was provided needlessly without a subscription. Not a channel to keep an eye on, then. This was simply unacceptable. I've been everywhere, and I love to travel. I had never in my life encountered anything like this. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED.

Location - Great as it's walking distance 2 mins from Secunderabad Railway station. Landmark - Gurudwara. Also parking was available for your vehicle Rooms - Stayed in a normal budget AC room. But room quality was ok as it's an old property. But this felt safe for a family or couple stay. Also the rooms were moderately clean. Bathrooms were moderately clean but infrastructure is old both in room and bathrooms. Could have been better. Food - Has a fairly decent restaurant of its own with a very affordable menu. Rooms cost 1400/night for 2. Booked on agoda. But 1200 could have been a fair price. Service - Staff was decent. Helpful. We kept our luggage until our evening train after we checked out at 12 pm. They have free RO water available at each floor. Counter lady staff are a bit stubborn/strict but all the rest is good. They can be more hospitable. Overall fair enough safe budget family hotel at a very good location if you are using secunderabad railway.

Hotel Lotus Grand Seems to be worst experience Though it is expensive Room seems to be unclean Taps broken No towel, soap, nothing provided. No water bottle provided. Room wall are full of paint patches Only advantage is that its location is near to railway station. I don't recommend this hotel as such You choose some other hotel with decent pricing. They take too much of time in registration and no proper response from staff. Arrogant reply on customers. Fraud publicity stating as good hotel pictures ... but in real it is worst hotel.
