They made me wait more than 45 minutes to check in, and the rooms were very small, there were no towels in the room, there were no complimentary water bottles, you will have to purchase water bottles. Checkout was smooth, kitchen was good, location was good, staff behaviour was good.

Hotel is costly and room is small.bed is very dirty.I have stayed there no one came for cleaning room inspite of several reminder. Receiptionist staff behaviour is very bad rude and no basic atiquiate to talk with customer. Very worst not recommended to stay at this hotel they charged extra on hotel room and cheated the customer and ready for fight with customer if you not give extra charges

Worst hotel ever!! Even after booking online along with payment, reception people said rooms are sold out. Just do not go to terrible hotel with highly unprofessional staff.

Managers and executives don't have etiquettes to talk to guests.. Foods are having insects or bugs.. stale quality... Very disappointing experience. When we complained they were affirmative and stated that "this is the only quality we can serve, do whatever you want to do" and cancelled the booking worth 7 lacs. This property is not capable of hosting any events... Not recommend to anyone.
