Super Collection O Pioneer

I booked another hotel from OYO almost 15 days prior to the booking date but one day prior to my day to visit OYO canceled my booking and gave me other hotels to book then I had to book this hotel with a surplus charge which is not mentioned in the time of booking. Then I got a double room which had no parking option. also, the hotel is on a hill, and no access from vehicles. We have to walk to the hotel with our luggage. No facility to pick up luggage from outside we had to walk with our luggage from road to hill. no hygiene in the hotel room. Basic amenities are also not provided. Like washroom shower and toilet seat were broken, the Bucket and mug were dirty and not in condition to use. and the worst thing was the room was very smelly and made us sick. The hotel had a beautiful view from the dining area.
