Very very bad service. Bathroom were sooo dirty. Flush was not working . Toilet was broken. Dirty floor. Most poor quality of bathroom. Never visit this hotel. And even asking for changing room they won't change. Also, lift sensor not working , so anyone can get struck in lift. That level of dangerous it is. If you get struck anf u r csstrophobic better not to take it. All I'm saying my guinue review . We stayed with friends and for us it was such a bad memory to be in this poor quality hotel.

My worst experience with any hotel. AC is not working. Charging sockets/lift/TV only work when there is govt electricity supply. There is no generator facility during load shedding. Even Telephones ain't working. The bathroom fittings have leakages. And the manager is very rude. When I booked through Oyo, the price included complimentary breakfast but the manager said that they don't serve complimentary breakfast. Location is good, near main road. I really feel foolish and cheated.

Worst hotel of ranchi. Bad behavior. Arrogant attitude staffs. Poor quality of service. Except the location everything else is worst here. The behavior of the staffs is not at all acceptable. They directly open the lock of your room and enter inside without even taking permission and they have done this when we were not their in our rooms. And when we complained about it they started arguing and didnt even accept their fault. Other than this thrir service is worst. If your order for water they deliver it after 1 hour. They play songs in extreme loud sound till 3:00pm at night. The beds, bedsheets, towels are not clean.Bahut daag tha in dono kapde par.Towels to lag rha tha 10 years old. If there would be a negative option i would have rated it negative. Worst hotel I have ever seen. They close the lift at night after 11. I got stuck in the loft for more than 20 mins and there was no help from there side came out with the help of the delivery person(luckily he was coming upstairs). Rooms was not celan through. AC was just through air . Everything was worst .
