Super Townhouse Galleria Market Near Golf Course Road

Same as always the hotel charges extra I booked this oyo through ur booking number I request for early check in for which I paid 250 rs as ur customer care employee said but when I reached at hotel they denied for early check in and letter requesting about and hour they gave me early check in for which they charge 400 extra . Oyos services are being pathetic day by day oyo and hotel all are involved in this type of scam

Room was not at all hygienic .....small cockroaches kept on roaming in and around.....even in bed and almirah.....and yes, TV was not connected as hotel owner said that due to non availability of network, TV connection has been cut off, no network in place like Gurugram is questionable. And one more thing, even after requesting, towels were not provided in room. Kitchen facility was also very very pathetic. Not going to recommend to anyone at all 😞😞
