It was a horrible experience. First, they cancelled out booking on OYO so that we won't be able to review about their terrible service. When arrived at the hotel thr rooms were terrible compared to the photos that were displayed. Unprofessional and non-cooperative staff. Still had the guts to ask for additional money at the time of checkout for half hazard reasons. The bathroom was beyond dirty. No amenities were provided, not even toileteries. There was no service or even water provided. We had to ask the staff thrice to clean the room. They were clearly very unprofessional. The AC of the room was dripping water throughout our stay, and we had to manage and also clean the room ourselves since housekeeping wasn't available at the stipulated amount of time. If you want to waste your money, then this is the place for you. You'll also get an additional stench of the nearby sewer. Enjoy.

Please beware and never book this hotel. They don't know anything about hotel management. The rooms shown are fake and they will place you in a different room other than what you booked. No water bottle provided, all mattress, bedding, blanket are in pathetic condition. Even if you book breakfast included in your booking they say lame excuses and will not provide you the breakfast for which you have already paid. They are least bothered to pick your call at reception till 9 AM. Please report this hotel. Save yourself.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The employees were rude, which put a damper on my stay. Additionally, the washroom was not well-maintained, which was quite unpleasant. To make matters worse, even the owner displayed a lack of courtesy. Overall, the negative aspects overshadowed any potential positives, making it hard to recommend this place to others.
