Room is good but no proper lock and hot water. Also, there for no free drinking water, we have to pay for it. It's very disappoint for me.

Great rooms. AMAZING mattresses. Very friendly staff and no complaints on the service. It was very professional. The breakfast that's provided could be better but I still enjoyed the stay. The rooms aren't huge but they are definitely elegant. They also have USB charging ports on the walls incase you forget your charging adapter and honestly think that it's a requirement nowadays. The hotel is located at a walking distance from Halasuru metro station so definitely makes commute easier. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking to stay at this location 😁

The only thing that was good was the prompt service by Mr. Vineet. Room had dirty linen, with spots and hair. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING!!!!! I mean there were 3 options and all them were stale.. And we had to ask the waiter to refill again and again. Tea was over, no one bothered. There was no butter.. We asked for omelette and it smelt so bad.. I had to order something from outside because the breakfast was the worst breakfast that we ever saw and experienced. Gave a three because of the service. Thanks.
