Rooms are awesome clean and hygienic. Staff is cooperative , kitchen js good. Location is okay! Not five star because there is no garden , pool , common area and cable TV connection not working. Rest everything is fine. Go with your family and girl frends. Nice place.

The hotel is located near the immaculate church of panji. Rooms are really nice and comfortable. Food is tasty, but the location of the resort is far from the beach and you will not get any view from the window. Highly recommended for couples and family.

Rating 2/5. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Goa. Beds are pathetic. Quality of bed is worse. Keeps on moving away from the cot once we sleep. We had to place them on the floor and sleep. Even then it was bad. One expects good nights sleep but that was not there. Noises from other rooms were being heard. Bad acoustics
