It was a very bad experience I say because the bathrooms stink. Room service takes 1-2 hours ,we had to call 2-3 times for 2 bed sheets and when it came they brought only one then we ordered one more it took 2 literal hours. The location was also ok-ok. There was no hot water. THEY ARE THE WORST, DO NOT VISIT!!!!!!

My recent stay at resort the banyan retreat was marred by unsatisfactory service with staff and manager Monica displaying a lack of professionalism and attentiveness. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with over all experience never do any wedding or stay there.

Pathetic experience. I was here for my honeymoon and regret the fact that I chose to stay with Banyan Retreat. Horrible staff, horrible management, 0 hygiene, not a single member including the manager is attentive to cater to your needs. Cockroaches and Rats roaming around in dining area, geyser was not working, poorly managed area. Rooms are not maintained well either. Despite of complaints not a single action was taken. Please do not visit this place. Waste of money.

They're big time FRAUDS. They'll lure you by showing great resorts but it's all false as they don't have any time up properties. You won't even get a reservation even after mailing more than a month in advance. You might have to follow up multiple times but it won't be of any use. The support staff won't even listen to you and keep giving you false dates. You won't get a reply unless you follow up multiple times and even after that you'll get standard template mail reply from them no booking. The staff is outrageously rude and you won't even get reply from the person who sold you the package. There's no support provided by that person though at the time of booking they say that you just have to drop them a text and they'll get it done. NOTHING OF THIS SORT HAPPENS. YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN. The reviews that you see are all paid for and false. You won't get booking. I've been denied booking due to no property available thrice in a row, sometimes the denial even coming after the dates that I wanted have passed.
