Ambience : A family friendly ambience with outdoor and indoor sitting , tables are clean including washrooms and floors. Reviewer Suggestion : Maintain this ambience and it will be 10/10 always ........................................................................... Etiquette: Waiters are well behaved with fluent vocabulary , good point is they let you breathe and choose to order food, without any interference, might be not so good for some, but i liked it. Reviewer Suggestion: Suggest your powerful dishes and know the tastes of customer/client. 08/10 ...................................................................... Menu : Menu is to the point and is excellent for known foodies, it will be a nightmare for introverts if the waiter does not explains The food. Reviewer Suggestion: Waiters should always be prepared for the questions and should be clear about their menu. 07/10 ........................................................................... Food : Being a regular guest I have seen a steep downfall in the quality of the food , standard should be raised ASAP before it’s too late. Reviewer Suggestion: introduce a feedback form post meal and should be reviewed by manager strictly for the next few months, and the things shall fall in pieces. 06/10 ................................................................................................ Serve spree : Might be the rush of hour or the lack of management the serving speed is less than average and might make the guests to avoid getting stuck in the same situation again. Reviewer Suggestion: Introduce light starters like rice chips or crispy tortillas for time consuming orders and this problem will be taken care of. 06/10 ..................................................................... Overall : Bliss has become a favourite of families and friends and I wish it to remain same, if the feedback is taken as per request a welcoming response and an unmatched hospitality will be the top factor of this place. The hotel has a weird (illogical?) rule that you can’t carry a helmet inside the hotel. Doesn’t matter if you’re a guest at the place. I’m a long distance rider and ride with proper (also read expensive) riding gear. The gear, including the helmet is cleaned with specific sprays at the end of every day of riding when touring to get the dust and grime out. I was allowed to take the helmet to my room after I stood my ground and refused to comply. But, I was stopped every day of my stay at the hotel by different employee asking to surrender the helmet at the door. Exasperating experience to say the least. Note: No logical explanation was provided by any of the employee, except that it’s a rule and they’re following it. Talks loads about the leadership at the hotel.
