We stayed at the Byke apartments for my first trip to India and had an amazing experience. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. We stayed in room c301 from July 1 - July 21 and I wanted to say a special thank you to our room cleaner who was extremely professional, thorough, and friendly for our whole stay. I unfortunately did not catch his name but hopefully from the room number and dates you will be able to pass on our thanks for his excellent service. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to any friend travelling to India.

I stayed here with family and I am happy with the stay. There were certain service related issues but I can ignore that, since the hotel room size, location, tariff, it is worth to stay. The room dining comes from adjacent Byke plaza hotel, the price is little high but the taste is quite good and I have no complaint on that. Wifi is very poor and it disconnects in between several time so if it is required for official work than it will be very intermittent. Considering budget friendly option for larger members it is worth to stay.

Had a long comfortable stay here. Good services and nice staff especially Arif Ali from housekeeping.He takes good care of apartment and does his work sincerely. Only thing which disappointed me was their wifi speed which was very poor

Very poor service at the reception. Had to wait for half an hour before receiving the room even though early check in was mentioned twice a day prior and during making reservations at the property. No extra chairs except for a dingle sofa cum bed at the apartment. Also some of the staff is pretty rude. Some senior member named Yogesh too does not have any etiquette to speak to customers or guests. Overall not very happy with the experience. Will think 10 times before making reservations at this place again. Not really a place I would suggest someone, except for the location convenience.
