Booked for a night in Sept 2023. Location:- Undoubtedly the best location at the intersection of Church Street & Brigade Road. Rooms are also overlooking the street but the noise from the busy street does not reach the rooms. Rooms:- Super spacious rooms with all the facilities as quoted. Amenities:- No issues except the bulky curtain falls that do not open at all, thereby obstructing what could otherwise be an amazing view of the market. Services:- Staff was courteous and prompt.

Perfect location with super clean ambience, only thing need to be little flexible for late check-out. Paid 1200 still hardly few hours given, we have to wait in lobby almost 2hrs. Apart from this the stay was pleasant

Checked-in to the property at 1am after making a booking online. The linen was stained and didn’t look worth the price paid for the stay! Room wasn’t clean and washrooms were definitely not as clean as expected considering the pictures posted online. Wasn’t informed what time to check out considering the late check in, didn’t receive a reminder call and during check out, property manager agreed everything was clear and I was good to leave. Left the property and get a call back asking for an extra payment be made for their terms and conditions not done right. Can be managed better instead of causing all the hassle!!

This is one of environmental unfriendly hotel. I guess Warm water is only at early morning like 7-10 am and then you have to let the tap open for 20-25 minutes. I asked few times in my stay and the reception said so carelessly “ let it flow for half an hour, then warm water will come”, what the heck! Already Bengaluru have extreme issues with sweet water and these people don’t even care about anything. Pros - Very central in Bengaluru - Easy to access bars, restaurants and shopping places - Close to metro if you would like to use metro Cons - Rooms curtains are always closed, they can’t be opened, they extremely dusty, the room even in day you need lights inside. The reception said “ aha curtains can’t be opened, they are faulty” - Don’t book with breakfast, it’s always cold, some rice dishes tastes like old from two or three days. - SAFE are doesn’t work at all, they are dead. - HUGE wasteful of water, to get warm water let the tap run for 30 minutes!!!!!!
