Food is bad. We had a lemon tart, some latte, and what was pictured as summer soda but turned out to be Mango ice cream. The pastry was dry making it hard and not at all crumbly. Visit just for the ambience.

The hotel is expensive compared to the services offered. Pros 1. Near market 2. Outer ambiance is good 3. Staff is very courteous Cons: 1. Bathroom is low quality 2. Towles old 3. AC and room phone service not working properly 4. Rooms are not quite 5. Breakfast just okay

Went there to have lunch with family based on my previous visit. However, luck was not with us. So a while after placing the order, we had to learn that there was a fire incident in the kitchen and we couldn't have any food that day. We ordered some beverages as the kids were hungry and became restless by then. That also took longer than expected to arrive. So the overall experience was unexpected that day. The staff were doing their job, but it didn't feel that emphatic that day.
