The Fog Munnar (Resort & Spa)

We stayed a couple of nights while on vacation a couple weeks back. We had one of the bigger villas. Loved the rooms and the space and the amenities. The staff and the service was exceptional. The facilities for adults and kids were great as well. We also enjoyed the food options - no complaints about the quality of taste or the options. Also enjoyed the pool, the views and the spa while we were there. The only negative I had for them was the bathrooms had very slippery tiles. We had a toddler and a senior citizen slip and fall in the bathroom. The toddler escaped unhurt, but the senior citizen had a wrist injury. The staff accepted the feedback graciously. Hopefully they find a way to either warm the guests or provide something grippy in the bathrooms. I wish I could give 4.5* bur it's either 4 or a 5. It cannot be a 5 for the reason I mention above.
