Nice hotel with very good location and connectivity with train and bus services. Although airport is little far but is same for most of the place. the food especially the morning buffet is very good. You should book the hotel with morning breakfast included in that is a perk. Must try the Kerala ayurveda service there is very good and at affordable price. If possible try to book the suite it is more good than the normal rooms. Cleanliness is very good Staff are very polite and professional and helpful Overall it's a good experience and will recommend to visit.

It was really beautiful, and luxurious. The rooms were big and comfortable. Cons: The room's wall was cracked. I order some food at the live station and waited for like 20 mins, so that is slow service. Bathroom lights were less in the shower room. It feels good, but their washroom needs a change. Or else it is value of money.

Awesome 🤩 Nothing special to mention as bad. Amenities including the covered parking (valet parking), swimming pool, steam bath, gym, TT indoor board etc are great. Location also is great as Freedom square beach is just 600m walkable. Staffs are very helpful and committed. Breakfast covers most of the common cuisine. Value for money.

Good location, but very old hotel. 20 min walk from beach Good for business travel and just a place to sleep, would not recommend for holidays/ vacation. Does not suit the Taj or Gateway brand. Small rooms, hardly any amenities, poor service. Not worth the 7k per room. -No bathrobes in the room -Place needs a paint job (Damp and stained walls) -Some Power sockets didn't work -Pool size is sufficient, but the water has too much chemicals - Only 1 restaurant with a limited menu, no separate cafe etc -1 TT table in OK condition, other amenities have not been maintained and are unusable -Disappointing breakfast (should have gone out to one of the many cafes in walking distance)
