This is my second stay in this hotel this year and I thoroughly love the stay here. The superior rooms are newly renovated and so the total ambience of the rooms are very nice. The rooms are decently sized and very clean. The service is top notch, the breakfast spread is elaborate with lots of items on the menu. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room service is very prompt and quick. The food in the restaurant is also very good but they take time to prepare since nothing is pre cooked. They make fresh food as per order. Overall an awesome place to stay with top notch service and very ideally located in the heart of the city. Loved the Christmas tree and huge Xmas decorations around the hotel. Also parking is not an issue at all. It has a huge parking lot.

We picked the executive rooms with balcony and the room is big and spacious and was clean and disinfected. The balcony is wide with morning sunlight which is good to do yoga or exercises. Bathrooms are spacious and disinfected, but it's old infrastructure. Enough parking with security. Staff is very courteous. In house restaurant serves pretty decent meals. No complaints. Your can get food and drinks at room including liquor. No . Reasonably priced with good service. Hotel ambience is pretty good as well. I recommend this hotel.

Stay was pleasant but they could use some modernisation as facilities and furniture were old styled. Staffs were polite and helpful and one of them ran all way down to get an auto for us during the checkout. Hotels location is convenient. If you appreciate a touch of nostalgia and friendly service this is a great choice.

Rooms are below average Old washrooms Rough mattress and sheets. We had booked a excutive room for 2 people. The room size was okay, but the blanket which they provide is not at all good. Boblins are all over it, rough and old. They should change them immediately. Receptionist was good and helpful Interior was also great But if you paying around 3-4 K for a room, you need some basic amenities like good blanket and sheets. Didnt expected it to be so poor
