Offering a mixed experience, this hotel resides in the realm of mediocrity. While the staff are full kf friendliness and helpfulness, the overall stay falls short of noteworthy; The rooms, unfortunately, lack in quality, with dim lighting , non-functional wifi, and remotes frequently requiring new batteries. Small and slightly unclean pool adds to the drawbacks. On the positive side, the beds provide a comfortable reprieve, and the water supply is good, so you can have a good shower whether hot or cold, also The hotel's proximity to El-Mamsha and the option for a relaxed evening on the rooftop contribute to its appeal. In summary, it's a budget-friendly option, with its strengths lying in affable staff, comfortable beds, and a convenient location. However, potential guests should be aware of the shortcomings, and for those seeking a more refined experience, exploring alternative options might prove beneficial. Also The images are kinda deceiving.

Mr.Hazim is so friendly and deals with clients gently and kindly. And the hotel has a great location which is near Lagouna beach and the walk of Dahab. I recommend going to the roof of the hotel to enjoy more. The vibes are awesome there. The quality of room service is also good and suitable for families. All thanks of the whole staff

One of the worst hotels I have visited. I could not stay in it.🤢Do not believe the pictures shown by the hotel.😒 The rooms are among the worst. The doors of the rooms open with difficulty. There were no guests other than us in the hotel. There is no occupancy. The mattresses are of poor quality foam and the pillows are also very old, There is no hand soap in the bathroom, and they brought it by order.🤦‍♀️ As for the only towel they brought to a room with three people, it had stains. and there was water in front of the room doors because of the pool on the ground floor,😤 The walls in the room are dirty. In one of the other rooms, the bed, which was supposed to be clean, had hair from the guests who left, that's the photo for one towel🤮, so we left immediately.

Feedback for 2 double rooms, 4 days 5 nights, 4 people. Pros: - 1st hotel on "El Mamsha" in front of Seahorse Hotel. - Excellent cosy roof with an awesome view. - Clean Rooms and bathrooms. - Hot water available. - Good AC. - Well-made and practical breakfast. - Nice pool at the bottom but you probably won't need it. Cons: - No toilet paper nor towels available. - TV remote wasn't working but it's there. - The Wi-fi wasn't connecting to all 4 of us and it was so disappointing to have to use your own data all along. - Room lighting was so dim I couldn't even see my own clothes in the cupboard in the evening. - One of the two bathrooms didn't have any soap and we had to buy one. One bathroom for each room.
