Very nice hotel. The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing.Great location.Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Beautiful atmosphere inside and outside around that part of the city. Food quality and taste excellent. So very nice

The most pathetic resort I have ever stayed in , at least think about the kids for god sake please warm the milk for the kids or infants 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻If you are travelling with kids they are least bother to was your milk or babby food . I was travelling with me 3 years old son he is not comfortable with full cream so we purchased 500 ml of mother dairy Tonned milk . We requested at the restaurant and on the reception so they can just boil 500 ml of milk they were rude and ignored the same . So we have to order a glass of milk the served full cream) as my son was not comfortable with full cream we have to rush to our home town and we have to cancel our trip .. pathetic

Please do not book this hotel from the any website because they dont have the experience how to handle the customers. Also, the parking issue is the biggest issue in this property. I have seen most of the customer are stuggling and debating at receipt of the hotel. The bathroom is not upto the mark and basic amenties are missed lile soap stand, towers and othrs.

There has to be an option for zero star. We paid 50% of total amount at time of booking. Three times we called this resort to confirm if the room would be ready as we were to reach that day. Resort's response was all smooth until we reached there. We completed all check in formalities and we asked them for room key. This is when they informed us that the person who was supposed to check out by 11AM is not picking his call until 3PM. They promised to get the room prepared for us once the previous occupant picks the call or gets back and checks out. My sincere request to all who would like to visit Vrindavan, please NEVER consider this resort. Unfortunately this resort doesn't know the meaning of "Athithi Devo Bhava"
