The rooms are ok. Pretty basic and has an antique touch. No bathtubs here and the geyser needs to be kept on always as it takes time to heat up the water if switched off. The food is superb. Really good service. I feel they can up the quality of the rooms as per standards. No heater was available in the room as well.

So, this was one of the worst hotels I stayed in Nainital. Bedsheets were not clean, room was untidy when the booking was done prior. It was so difficult for me and my family to spent a night at this hotel, No satisfactory response received from the hotel. Food was okayish. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, you can find better hotel in such price.

I was initially skeptical after seeing average reviews, but was surprised that it was so much better. Beautiful hotel. Perfect location, little away from the busy Mall road, but within 1 km walking distance, and it has its own parking which is now crucial in Nainital. The property is old but rooms are good, bathrooms are really well done, with abundance of amenities and toiletries. Food was outstanding, so much variety and tasty food. Staff was polite and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Dear friend all' people request for you ❤️ you are living this hotel 🏨 morning time comes this hotel staff washroom and kitchen. This stop service for you have time please one round morning time this hotel 🏨 you are looking kitchen making the food for you 🤤. Next time you are not coming this city 🌆🏙️ worker is very nice but owner not good facility Das hotel. Please only for you hotel staff toilet. Nothing more thanks
