Stayed for 5 nights. People who work there are polite and courteous always. Breakfast is good, though not much variety. The main drawback I had is that they do not do housekeeping every day unless requested. Seems to be policy. They do not even replace tea cups, water bottles, bathroom essentials unless you make a call to reception. That put me off. Their management should focus more on all these everyday essentials.

I had great stay at Liverpool Hotels. The staff are really great. My friend had stayed in this hotel a year ago and while checking out he had forgotten to load one of his bags. They kept that bag intact for more than a year. When I visited them I asked them about it and they returned it intact. Integrity of the staff and manager is top notch. Room was great as well. This is in walkable distance to Bangmane tech park which is a great plus.

Had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were good and the interior feels comforting The hospitality of the staff was good. Everyone from the managers to the cleaning staff is very humble and warm to talk to. Had opted for complimentary breakfast and the was not let down. The food was yummy. Will visit again
