The check-in process didn't take that much time & the front desk staff was friendly, more efficient & said warm welcome & when we asked for any information regarding hotel facilities & services they had given a prompt response & explained clearly & paper didn't take that much time. The hotel staff are always available for us & ready to assist for any request or service, they help us locally to get the local places to visit. The rooms are well maintained with all amenities, clean & hygiene & the interior is also good & well maintained. The HK staff ensured to keep the Rooms clean & tidy with good fragrance the entire day. The restaurant was also good & impressive. They are providing a breakfast buffet with a wide variety of delicious options & service was so good & impressive. They are providing the spa area is good & pleasant, gym with modern equipment & facilities & allowing us to do workouts. Overall, it is a good & perfect place to stay & service provided by this hotel is awesome & so impressive. The staff are so positive, friendly, and professionally trained and so helpful. It would be highly recommended this hotel to anyone for seeking good service and it's a truly enjoyable stay
