The hotel I visited was well-maintained and provided a delightful experience overall. The food quality was top-notch, ensuring both tastiness and hygiene. However, I was disappointed to learn that the swimming pool was undergoing maintenance during my stay, depriving me of an anticipated recreational activity. One aspect that didn't sit well with me was the pricing policy for the buffet dinner. They charged the same amount, Rs. 1299 + taxes, for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. This seemed unjustified as typically non-vegetarian dishes tend to be more expensive due to the cost of meat. Despite this drawback, I appreciated the efforts put forth by the hotel staff in maintaining high standards in other areas. The attentive and courteous service from the staff added to the positive experience. The ambiance and cleanliness of the dining area and rooms were commendable, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel's commitment to maintaining a well-groomed property and providing delectable and hygienic food is praiseworthy. Although the swimming pool's temporary closure was a letdown, I understand that maintenance is essential for the long-term quality of the facilities. In conclusion, while the hotel had a lot to offer and generally exceeded expectations, the issue with the buffet pricing could be addressed to ensure fairness to all guests. Despite this, I would still recommend this establishment to others and encourage them to maintain the high standards they have set in other aspects. Keep up the good work!

As this is 5star hotel we booked it, however the experience was of 3star hotel. 1. Bathroom were not clean. Also there was no door for shower, it was just a curtain so that water comes out. 2. There were mice running around on 5th floor. 3. Key card was not working and has to call reception always. Called 5times in 2 days stay. 4. No hand towel were provided. 5. Lights and AC starts and stops automatically in middle of the night. There was no fix for that. This hotel mainly runs due to players, politicians stay, event organization. For normal people it's not that good compare to other 5 star hotels. Service men were good, however they were working as per their job. For this stay, was nothing standing out experience, dull and forgatable.
