Food and hygiene is top notch. Stay was good. Only issue we faced is that at the time of check out we were asked to pay items of some snacks(those kept in cupboard)which we didn't have. Hope the management keeps a watch on such issues.

The new year party was not up to the mark as per the charges they have taken and the staff behaviour was not polite and favorable. The drinking section was fully messed up with only 2-3 options in alcohol and 1 option in (real juice orange) for non alcoholic people. We paid a good amount for this event which was very disappointing for us and when we discussed with the event people there was no clearification.

I enjoyed my stay at the park with top-notch amenities in the hotel room and superb dining experience. The hotel staff was attentive and the location was vibrant and desirable. Special thanks to Mr. Jitesh for ensuring my comfortable stay.
